DJ HVFF (pronounced “Huff”) is a Bay Area–based open-format DJ known for his versatility, high-energy sets, and ability to seamlessly move across genres including Hip-Hop, House, Top 40, Throwbacks, and global sounds.

HVFF began DJing parties in 2012, quickly building a reputation for his crowd control and musical range. In 2016, he expanded into electronic music as one half of the bass house duo "Takemoto", performing original productions and supporting artists such as Elephante and Ekali.

By 2018, HVFF shifted his focus to his solo career, fully embracing the world of open-format DJing. Through consistency, networking, and a deep connection to nightlife culture, he has since earned the opportunity to play at some of the Bay Area’s most recognized venues, including Temple Nightclub, PURE Nightclub, and many more.

​

Beyond the club circuit, HVFF is also an established radio DJ, curating and delivering mixes that reach audiences across Northern California.  He has performed alongside major artists including Fabolous, Saweetie, Lil Jon, Tory Lanez, G-Eazy, Brent Faiyaz, Pink Sweat$, Ray J, Jeremih, and many others.

His career has taken him far beyond Northern California, with performances across the United States and internationally in cities such as Honolulu, Los Angeles, Philippines, and Guam, while also appearing at major events such as BottleRock Napa Valley.

Bringing his sound into the sports world, HVFF also serves as the In-Game DJ for Stanford Athletics, performing for football and both men’s and women’s basketball programs.

Whether performing in packed nightclubs, on the airwaves, festival stages, or stadium arenas, DJ HVFF continues to build a reputation as one of the Bay Area’s most versatile and reliable open-format DJs.
